Shipping & Return Frequently Asked Questions

  • All sales of The Ritual Tumbler are final.

    Because this is a limited physical product, I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

    If your tumbler arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, I will be happy to offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit at my discretion.

    I do not offer exchanges or refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Color preference

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

    • Spills, leaks, or damage caused after use

    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

  • All physical product orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

    Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • I currently ship to:

    • United States

    • Select international countries with reliable tracked delivery services

    If your country is not available at checkout, I do not currently ship to that location. Additional countries may be added in the future.

  • Domestic U.S. orders ship using carrier-calculated shipping rates (USPS or UPS depending on selection).

    International orders ship using tracked international shipping services based on package weight.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or other taxes required by their country.

    These fees are not included in the shipping price charged at checkout and are determined by your country’s customs agency.

    I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped.

    Domestic (United States):
    Typically 2–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.

    International:
    Typically 1–4 weeks depending on destination country and customs processing.

    Please note that international delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

  • I currently ship only to countries with reliable tracked delivery service to help ensure your order arrives safely.

    I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed to locations where reliable delivery cannot be confirmed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

    I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

    If your package appears lost in transit, please contact me and I will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
